De-Stress Club is a fun, welcoming space where young people can learn and practice tools to manage life's ups and downs together. Using games, activities, and real-time technology, we explore how our brain, heart, and body work together when we feel different emotions.
Each session includes:
Interactive games that teach emotional awareness and regulation
Movement activities that help us understand our body's stress responses
Practice with breathing techniques used by Cristiano Ronaldo, Novak Djockovic, Justin Bieber and Michael Phelps.
Heart rhythm monitoring so young people can see how different strategies affect their body
Calming activities in our sensory space
We use child-friendly analogies and examples to make complex topics accessible and engaging. Young people particularly enjoy using our biofeedback technology to watch their heart rhythms change as they practice different calming strategies - We also use Neurofeedback Technology to help the young people see in real time what is happening in their brain when we practice the strategies.
The club builds week by week, helping young people develop their own personal toolkit of strategies they can use at home, school, or anywhere they need them. We focus on making the invisible visible - helping young people understand and manage their emotions in practical, measurable ways.
